I have a bug..

Hi everybody, i can't get sucess, like when i close the oblivion gate in the story quest, i dont know why, i started a new game because i used the console for my fov on my last game but in my new game i dont get trophy too. Im stuck cuz i want to finish all the success like Skyrim. Someone now how can i fix that ? (Perdon my bad english im french)

I find a solution on internet, i had to dowload a patch
When u open the console it seems it glitch the game
