And I have to say. Looks OK (character creator is terrible). Environments are nice and the loading screens are gorgeous.
Gameplay wise not much has changed. Animations are still awkward. NPC's are stiff during conversations, just like the old Oblivion, character doesn't feel graounded when running, looks like it's sliding a bit, just like in the original game.
General game play is exactly the same.
They were saying they improved some of the combat... No, not really. I've done about 6 hours in the game. Left the sewers, wandered about a bit and decimated a couple of elven ruins... Nothing feels different for me.
I'd say, not worth more than £30 really.
