Graphically, unreal is more capable than anything out there.
As for mechanics. Everyone has full access to the source code and c++ so you could recreate any kind of RPG elements in unreal also.
That doesn't make any sense. Unless you've messed with your rates, I don't see how you could be having poor performance. 32gigddr5 clocked at 5800 rate, 4080super, i9 285k and I'm averaging 120-230 on ultra at 1080p.
