Head Different Color from Body

Not sure when it happened, but at some point my character's body color changed and is now significantly more pale than the head and neck. Any idea how to fix this?

I tried using "showracemenu" which does fix it, but it also messes up my character's stats so that isn't really a solution either. This appears to have been a problem all the way back to the original version, but as far as I can tell, only with mods. I don't have any mods and the issue persists.

I can't find any solutions, unfortunately. Anyone out there have any ideas?

Oh I actually did have a disease, that's probably it. Seems like maybe the complexion changes aren't applying to the head for some reason.
