does anyone have a fix?
no... many, including me, same issue, no solution so far.
I also get this. I have dx12 but it thinks i don't

if your system cant handle DX12 i think you have bigger issues preventing you from playing.

That error means your GPU may not have the DX12 feature level. Yes you can have DX12 but if your gpu only supports feature level 11.1 or so forth it will not run.

Get a video card that supports DirectX 12? What exactly are you expecting for a response here? You gave zero information about your system. It's like you called a mechanic to help you fix your car and the only thing you can say is "Car no work...durrrrr".
Not everyone who drives a car knows how to troubleshoot issues. If you can't be helpful, GTFO. Hopefully someone who has found a fix can help, instead of smart alec commenters like you ShadowUnskilled
I found a workaround but you need a video card with vulcan support for it to work. I posted it in this thread https://steamcommunity.com/app/2623190/discussions/0/604154270792573703/
Im getting the same error so I added -dx11 to tell the game to use DirectX11 and apparently these lame developers are only supporting DirectX12, Error is "Unable to launch with RHI DirectX 11 since the project is not configured to support it."

Solution is upgrade your GPU. Its anew game running on new techs.

Tbh if ur GPU dosnt have DX12 its must be extremely old

Until some UE-savvy modders get that sorted, maybe VKD3D can be used as a workaround?

Wrapping Vulkan to DX12 has worked for other UE-based titles..

I got it working using vkd3d & put the steps to follow here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/2623190/discussions/0/604154270792573703/

Though it seems it isn't working for everyone, I assume they have issues with vulcan support which VKD3D requires.
Same problem tried both -dx12 and -dsd12 in cmd line on steam properties, dxdoag reports win11 AND dx12. Rebooted, lots pf space on system. Tried the insta;;ed file mentioned above, same result
