Ever thought of upgrading 8 year old hardware. Also note Nvidia no longer offers driver updates for any of the gtx series cards.

Well, my 4070 is getting 50fps in the overworld with DLSS on balance and graphics on high. So yeah, the optimization is ♥♥♥♥

Sarcasm aside, as people have stated, a 1080 is one of the worst cards you can use for modern gaming. Anything sub 2000 series is going to struggle, hard.
