Colours Look very Washed out?
Playing Max settings with Hardware Ray tracing on and the Graphics Like the shadows and the world Feel very washed out? Like the shadows aren't casting at all or very well? Anyone else notice this?

That's the magic of UE5 and things like TAA vaseline effect.

Really? is there anyway to Fix it? It just feels very Bright and Like There's no shadows Even though there is I just don't like it? Feels flat.

I'm gonna guess the only way to fix it is with reshade or ENB. Part of the problem is that the art direction is just more washed out and brown for whatever reason.

Ya I REALLY Don;'t like the Direction they chose it feels Very flat
If its "washed out" just up the colour vibrancy in the graphics drivers. No need for a "fix" or "mods".

There is also the issue with Shadows I Feel like they are Bugged? Like They don't seem to cast properly?

Check the game around sunset and try adjusting your contrast/brightness levels. Also if possible tweak your displays black levels. This should improve the shading effect a bit.

Theres a mod on Nexus called Lumen Remastered that removes the global lighting level so that shadows are actually dark instead of just a slightly darker shade. The default global lighting is way too bright.

It helped quite a bit along with adding HDR through special K.
