Bugged Fighters guild quest
Attempting to start the fighters guild, talking to the rat lady and it doesnt give me the prompt to make the lion spawn in the basement. anyone else having this issue?

you have to talk to azzan again he will have a dialog option "rats" it didnt appear for me until i talked to him when he was sitting at his desk
