So how do you start the DLC quests?

In the original game, as soon as you step out of the sewer, you gain all the quests for all the minor DLC (Minus the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine, those have some level requirements if I'm not mistaken, but something like the Wizard's Tower for example, is available at once.)

Well, I stepped out of the sewers and those quests didn't pop up. Do they have any new requirements?

I have seen in other posts people mentioning they got them through asking about rumors.

You have to go out in the world and find them. They're all in the same spots.

Orig the dlc quests would all start just after exiting sewer at beginning of game. That's changed. Now you seem to get the quests more organically.

I got a map marker for Frostcrag to pop up by talking to guards in Bruma. I just got to frostcrag and quest popped up, and no key req now, you just pick lock.
