7900 XTX 24gb 7800X3d Vram 0/0 issue, low FPS 6-10fps
This games unplayable for me, 6-10 fps in menu's and in-game with almost no change with graphics setting changes. The game is installed on my "Western Digital WD_BLACK SN850X 4000GB" M.2 and nothing I've tried fixes my issues. Showing Vram 0/0 with the in-game overlay on. I've tried Adrenalin 25.3.1 and Adrenalin 25.4.1 (optional) drivers and no change in FPS.

I am also getting the 0/0 VRAM issue. I am able to run the game with stable frames but it looks like crap.
Looks like its not using my GPU, under 20% usage and very low wattage. Currently getting 119w and 14% gpu usage trying some things ingame atm. I heard it could be an issue with CPU's having onboard video, I dont't use onboard videos but I've heard the game might select it as the default video card.
I went through my Nvidia control panel and Windows graphics settings, the game was not listed under either so I made sure to manually assign it to use the GPU but I am still getting zero VRAM.
Same rig, optimization is garbage. Without fsr quality + framegen i have 30-40 fps, but with these features i have only unstable 80. And if the game use integrated gpu, u can off it in BIOS settings. Sorry for my English
9800X3D, 4070TI RTX, 32gb ddr5 ram, no issues at all, running it at 80-90 fps outside.

Try the engine tweaks on nexus and see if that helps, it helped a lot of AMD gpu users.

I running a zero issues with 7800 XT. This is looks strange.
CPU R9 5950X.
The game is also telling me VRAM 0/0 but my task manager says otherwise, also the in-game FPS counter is about 20ish frames wrong in its count. I want to say its a visual bug but I'm seeing others having the same problem but their GPU really isn't being used so I have no clue. Hopefully we get a patch soon to sort all this out :shoutout:
I never could get the game to run on this pc with my 7800x3d & 7900 XTX, still only getting 15 fps, but my 5600x with a B580 works fine and my other rig with a 5900x and a 3080ti works just fine.
Turn off any and all ray tracing if you haven't already. My 9070 XT runs the game with everything set to max including Ray Tracing and I get a solid 60 fps that I hard locked. It goes a bit above 80 fps otherwise but I hate fluctuating frame rates.

it looks like its using the intergrated graphics not the gpu

Kinda seems like this. It should be disabled in BIOS if you're not using it.

I'm completely at a loss here. I've tried every fix I could find:

The Engine.ini tweak from Nexus Mods

Adding Oblivion to Windows' graphics settings

Disabling onboard graphics in both BIOS and Device Manager

Setting the 7900 XTX as the main GPU for Oblivion in AMD ReLive

Wiping and reinstalling drivers using AMD's cleanup utility

Installing the latest drivers that are confirmed to support Oblivion

Verified game files through Steam and even reinstalled the game

Nothing has changed.

The weird part? This game runs perfectly on my Plex rig with a 5600X and Intel B580, and also on another setup with a 5900X and 3080 Ti. But on my 7900 XTX paired with a 7800X3D, it won't go above 15 FPS—both in the menus and in-game.

Oblivion doesn’t seem to detect my GPU or monitor at all. There's zero usage reported for the 7900 XTX and the onboard graphics when running the game. The game draws about 100W total and still caps at 15 FPS. Meanwhile, every other game I've tested today pushes the GPU to 100% usage and around 390–410W.

I have the exact same specs even the same Nvme and it's running fine for me, well not fine random micro stutter and other jank but as well as it can... it's got to be something on your end, try disabling every background program, if you have more than one monitor unplug them just for testing purposes, remove overclocks ect. goodluck mate hope you get it running

I have the same specs and get ~180 fps with everything on ultra @1440p
A tip for anyone wondering, but I noticed that you can get ALOT more frames playing on a 1920x1080 monitor vs playing on a 2560x1440.
