Why are there still 10 NPCs in every town?
I thought this was to take advantage of what UE5 has to offer? This is telling me they aren't even able to add in more generic NPCs with some background city noises. What's the point in a better engine if nothing is improved? Oh cool, the world and items look pretty now. That's the only change I've seen so far

The game was good up until I got to Imperial City and it was incredibly lifeless. This is supposed to be the heart of the emperor's country. I saw less than 20 people in the entire city. I went to a few towns and there are SIX PEOPLE in one.

I'll probably wait for some mods to show up. Good thing I got this on game pass for one dollar

Some misconceptions.

-This wasn't made to showcase UE5.
-UE5 is just the rendering layer. The game logic is still the same engine it's always been.

Well can mods fix this problem or no?

Also ill remove the showcase part
It's due to people still clinging to the ancient technology of recorded voices for robots. My old computer from 2003 that I keep for a multi-timer and device regulator talks perfectly well with not one audio file on it. (I removed them to make room.) All it's speech come from text files and a speech synthesizer. Yes it talks clearly. And can say my name and your name.
