Okay, what's the meta on the Signs?

This is actually my first foray into Oblivion. Patrick Stewart just asked me which sign I was born under. Which one should I go with? I'd honestly just like to know what the general consensus was on the best ones, the worst ones, the ones to avoid at all cost because they're utterly worthless, etc.
