Tutorial makes it look promising, but when you get into the outdoors, and specifically a city, you'll notice big time frame dips and stutters, a frametime graph has the line all over the place. Even if you're getting say, 50 fps for example, it's not a steady 50.

While less than ideal, if you find that the game isn't running playably well on your rig, but you have a strong internet connection - you can potentially explore GeForceNow's paid tier and the PC GamePass trial. Might set you back about 11 USD for the month though to try the game out that way and still won't be immune to some of the troubleshooting headaches.
