Mods when they come out. I'm looking forward to armour and weapon mods. The way the game runs, I'm not sure about texture mods. May make it unplayable, though, from what I see, its the inherant problems with UE5, not the textures, that drop the fps.

Just don't wear one? They only provide like 1 to 3 % resistance

I thought they would add this quality of life change since they modernized many aspects.

You gotta talk to Alvor over in Riverwood, he will give you a quest to make the hide helmet.
Riverwood is in the province of Skyrim.

You should atleast tell him that he needs to head north past Bruma.
