Report a translation problem
Can't really tell you what a normal 1070 will do, however I personally get a pop up when launching the game about being one CPU core and about 4 GB of RAM short of running it - luckily it still lets you launch it (Unlike the Indiana Jones game requiring RTX hardware).
Edit; As for the lack of RAM/CPU core error - It's hardly noticeable gameplay wise. There's some stuttering that I assume is maybe CPU related but honestly it's not nearly as bad as I would have thought with the way the error is presented.
