Always cloudy weather bug?

I am having an issue where the game only displays cloudy/foggy weather. Been several in-game days and every time the sun comes out, itll immediately get reverted back to cloudy. I miss the sun :( Anybody else having this issue?

I am also having this issue, I've been trying to figure it out but it seems no one has any real solutions for it.

im having this with the weather but i am noticing when i look through some foliage/structures that i can see the moon glow and sometimes i can seethe full circle of the moon , but its gone when i look at the sky itself with nothing occluding it. , and then its fixed sometimes when i fast travel (and other times its not) , im gonna stick indoors and in the few areas where this doesnt happen while i wait for some kinda fix

before you know it silent hill enemies starts showing up too and the landscape changes (jk)

just wait time till 8am to afternoon, it will look amazing.
For the moon bug, you need AMD or NVidia DLSS - to be Quality or DLAA with more sharperning

I am having this also. Weather is always cloudy. Sometimes with rain or fog. Sometimes you see some blue sky but sun is always behind clouds.
