Tall camera glitch fix

confirmed at least for me using an old method from original oblivion

for those with the camera glitch where its way above your character in first person

1st step: Switch to third person
2nd step: save game
3rd step: close game and then reopen
4th step: click load (not continue)
5th step: click the save in third person

if done right your camera should be fixed when switch to first person.
