Soundtrack titles screwed up?

Is it just on my end or are the soundtrack song titles all screwed up? Some tracks play completely different songs than they should, while others are completely fine. I didn't have the soundtrack on Steam prior to getting the deluxe remaster package so I don't know if I'm missing something, but yeah, I just wanted to see if anyone else is encountering this issue?
