Help, GPU Issue
So games sitting on title screen and is running at 11 FPS, I have a 4090 and a Ryzen 9 7950X3D, 64 GB of ram, and currently sitting at 2% GPU usage and 5% cpu kind of confused as to how to fix this. already reinstalled drivers and updated windows.

Cpu overheating? I think ue5 compiles shaders and runs the cpu at 100% near the start based on other games.

If you have a laptop make sure its running the GPU and not the igpu on the core.

Not using a laptop.
It sounds like the game isn't even recognizing your CPU and GPU. Have you restarted the game and verified files?

yeah done both a couple of times and restarted pc at least twice now
Disable Hyper-Threading

Disable E-Cores

Lock P-core max ratio to 53 or 55 depending on your CPU

Use High Performance power plan in Windows
advanced settings for your windows power plan
Heterogenous thread scheduling policy: Change to "Prefer performant processors"

Disable eTVB/TVB in BIOS to reduce frequency jumping

Make a profile In your GPU control panel and set to max performance

Disable "Flow Control" and "Interrupt Moderation" in your Network adapter properties

I was also going to ask, have you tried running other UE5 games?

Yeah Lords of the Fallen, no issues.
Having the exact same issue. 4090 Founders. Others games GPU usage is fine. Oblivion Remaster sitting at 3-4%.

I am also 24%cpu and gpu on ultra settings
What driver version are you guys with the 4090's running?

So I just want to say this because I just noticed it today. Here are my specs

Geforce RTX 3070 (8gb)
AMD Ryzen 5 5600x (3.70) GHz
16 gb ram

Not great right? I've been playing the game on 1080 p on high settings at decently stable 60 fps. Today I thought "hey maybe I should update my driver and see if I get smoother graphics at ultra." As soon as I loaded in the game with the april 16th drivers my system tanked and not only that the graphics looks way ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ worse too.

I don't know what those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over at nvidia are doing but it sure as hell is not helping with this game. I went back Feb 13th 572.42 update and it ran like butter again. I know this may not help everyone but this was my experience

tldr; the latest nvidia update absolutely tanked my performance so I went back to my Feb update and it made my game run fine.

Hope this info useful to any of you guys.

The 57X.XX drivers have been a disaster.
