Blurry screen
What settings do I need to turn on to make the screen not blurry, overly sharp, or have artifacts from AI. Is that even possible?

Most of modern games are like that. Just refund. It's a scam for this price anyway. This is just a remastered version of an old game, not full price.

UE5 looks like ♥♥♥♥ on 1080p with any settings. If you play on that res good luck.

Welcome to UE5. Welcome to blurry games, fake frames and poor optimization.
Turn off AA or DLSS.

2k still looks blurry with AA or upscaling

The only solution is to go up in resolution unfortunately, which also means paying a lot more for hardware.
1080p is not even really considered anymore, hence it looks like greasy smeared dithered trash with any game made after 2018.
1080p user should ignore all ue5 games and mhws. They are trash.
The main problem was which upscaler to use. FSR set to "Native AA" seems to be the only option that doesn't result in weird looking hair, Vaseline on the screen, etc. Not perfect, the very edges of your hair still look a little odd, but overall best looking by far on my 1080p monitor.
You've never played an UE5 game before? Get used to it, most large developer studios don't care about decent programming any more and just using UE5 and tweaking it a little for their needs, resulting in abysmal performance and image quality.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
Turn on upscaling FSR
Change to it to NATIVE-AA
then max out sharpness.

Yeah this is the best option
Its either no AA
or this imo.

Make sure to max out sharpness.

Will max out the sharpness when I hop back on, thanks for the tip.
