Directx 12 not supported but is up to date on device?

Trying to open but the window saying directx 12 is not supported on the device keeps popping up. The computer system is up to date, and is currently running directx 12. Even tried to override to 11 but the game doesn't support it. Any suggestions are appreciated!

same problem, I looked around online. Many are saying add a -dx12 to the startup commands but that didn't fix for me.

I have the same issue and nothing helped. I updated everything, tried different startup commands, trying as admin and more. Sad.

Im getting the same error so I added -dx11 to tell the game to use DirectX11 and apparently these lame developers are only supporting DirectX12, Error is "Unable to launch with RHI DirectX 11 since the project is not configured to support it."

Your PC is likely not meeting minimum requirements in either Windows OS build, graphics card driver version or graphics card itself.

If you want to know which of the 3 components I have mentioned are causing the issue on your side, provide the following info:

Go to Steam client > Help > System Information

Copy and paste here the following info:

CPU Brand:
Driver: 
Driver Version: 
Driver Date: 
DirectX Card: 

In Windows > Start Menu > Settings > System > About > Windows specifications

Hit "Copy", and paste it here as well:
