lots of stuttering

so it only happens when im walking around in the world but since you are doing that most of the time i find it pretty unacceptable please fix devs !

Same here. Pretty sure its an Engine issue and its unfixable. Unreal Engine 5 is probably the worst engine of all time.

pointless, someone will just say your rig is ♥♥♥♥, and that you should drop 15k on a pc like they did just to get semi good performance in unreal slopgine 5

yea seems to be how it is with all unreal engine games i think im done buying unreal engine games never again this game an silent hill 2 remake have crazy stutter problems cause of this ♥♥♥♥ engine

no smart ass i have an rtx 4090 ryzen 7800x3D 32 gb ram and it's installed on a blazing fast nvme anything else you wanna say ?

Max settings game is tuned for the latest hardware, so it ages better. This is standard.

4090 plays it maxed out no problem. This is PC gaming since forever.

There is a mod on Nexus that changes some engine.ini settings, seems to work for a lot of people. Might be worth checking out.

I have an AMD card, so I'm using FSR. When I turned on the AI frame gen, it almost removed the stuttering completely.

Don't be stubborn, you can see people playing on Twitch max settings and it's running smooth right now. The problem is your PC.

The stuttering is a known Unreal 5 problem. It's not just in this game. They won't be able to do anything about it.

I get solid 60FPS inside and outside. Runs amazing for me. RTX 3090/i9-10900K.
Resolution is 3440x1440p. All settings ultra except GI and Shadow Quality -> High on both.
DLSS Quality. Game looks amazing.
