how will my pc do?
She is definitely not new anymore, but has always run everything ok for me.

16Gb RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (6 Gb)
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six core processor 3.4 Ghz

Anyone with similar specs have results on performance? Thanks

it won't do

you're gonna get like 30fps
I don't think the old guy will make it...
Should run just fine but Ultra may be a bit out of range.

Well that is a range of opinions!! hahaha I know there would be some people putting it down as that's apparently the cool thing to do now. Just curious from owners with similar specs. Thanks

I have a very similar setup.
32Gb RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (6 Gb)
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six core processor 3.4 Ghz

I am running the game on 1440p with the low graphics settings preset. In the sewers at the very beginning I was getting around 60fps, but once i got outside it dropped to around 30. So the game seems playable, but just barely. I wouldn't be surprised if there are places where the frame rate drops lower.

It might be time for us to get new graphics cards. :)
what is your monitor resolution? That's an important spec to mention.

Monitor is 1920 x 1080. I am averaging 50 or so fps outside the sewers. Most settings on High. Turned down shadows a bit, and I always get rid of depth of field or motion blur kind of stuff. Pretty happy with the old girl. I did fart with some minor overclocking, but very minor as I am pretty unfamiliar with all that.

Glad to hear it! I've noticed the game has a few settings that can make large changes to performance depending on the PC. My steam deck actually runs the game fairly well after I futzed with some settings. My laptop (which has a 16 thread 10th gen i7, 64GB of ram, and a 16GB Nvidia 3080 mobile) actually loses a massive amount of framerate when I have "Nvidia Reflex" or "Nvidia reflex + Boost" turned on, while my desktop seems to get better framerate with it on. Across my 3 gaming PCs they all seem to need slightly different settings to get the performance I want which is weird.

Glad the game is running for you!

Thanks - did some more tweaking. I lowered shadows more, and dropped textures to medium. I think draw distance also to medium. But it looks good and I'm happy with it.
