Item lvls?
I think the named items lvl as they did in the original. I just got the Phylactricy of lithness on lvl 7 and it gave me 6 speed. Checked the oblivion wiki and that matched. Can anyone confirm? Cuz, meta is not to do certain quest early in that case.
