Performance is terrible
Stuttering at all times when traversing outside . No matter GPU/CPU usage or settings, it is still there. Just what the ♥♥♥♥ were they thinking with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ engine

Update: Maybe now that DF made a video about it proving you wrong, all the misguided bethesda fanboys will finally calm down

Runs pretty great for me.

150-200fps at 4K Ultra with RT Lumen at Ultra DLSS DLAA and FG at 4x.

Loving this game.

Runs like trash. Now, I only have a r5 5500 and rx 6600, both overclocked, D.o.c.p profile 1 enabled, 32gb ddr4, and my fps will just slowly decrease. Ultra preset with FSR Quality and frame gen. I was getting 30 fps outside on my way to cloud temple and I decided to save and restarted my game only to see I was now getting 100 fps in the same exact spot. Something just isn’t right with this game’s performance.
A 6600 is simply not good enough for Ultra on UE5 titles. No wonder you have crap performance. Turn down your settings and stop blaming the game.

unreal engine 5 isn't great alot of games run poorly on it and need to be brute forced with expensive hardware

try turning on vsync i went from 20 fps to 60-120 in the open world

i5-13500, RTX 4060, 32GB RAM, playing at 1920x1200 (1080p), on high settings, ray tracing on medium, and DLSS on balanced.

It's...playable. But the performance is still clearly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. With the above specs and settings I should have no issue maintaining 60 fps. Instead I get around 45~53 in the open world and around 55~60 (my fps is capped at 60) in dungeons.

Also I heard that for some reason the xbox app version for PC runs a lot worse than the steam version. Not sure how true this is, but something to think about if you're having issues I think.
Performance is good. On a 4090 with DLSS Performance and Frame Generation. Would be cool if Nvidia wouldnt have messed up VSync in combination with Frame Generation with all 572.xx Drivers. And would be cool if the game would not crash every 20 Minutes.

Hits 120fps target most of the time outside with max settings at 4K (had to framecap because screen tearing). Don't expect great framerates on a UE5 game if you're running on an unoptimized potato.

SOunds like you need to look at your machine. What drivers are you using? The latest nvidia drivers? Roll back because they're poopy bad. Is your bios up to date? If you have an X3D CPU it's vital that you make sure the bios is up to date. Also, what about gamebar? If you're not keeping that up to date then that could cause issues as well. Are you running high performance mode? Switch to balance for 5800X3D or the scheduling won't work properly.

You HAVE to have gamebar installed with that CPU and use balanced power profile. ALso, are you someone who thinks undervolting is actually beneficial in real world stuff? Well you're wrong. Set your BIOS to default settings other than tunring on EXPO 1 or 2. leave everything else to automatic.

Is your GPU undervolted? Again, absolutely the dumbest ♥♥♥♥ someone can do. Instability is extremely common when you do that because most people haven't a clue what they're doing and just follow the advice of some rando on youtube or tiktok and believe them.

Seems like the small amount of people having problems may need to check the systems they play on.

U sure resolution scale is set to 100? It sometimes auto resets to 50...

You can roll back your drivers.

You need to have vsync turned on in the nvidia control panel and turned off in game. Limit the frames by -3 of your max refresh in the nvidia panel as well.
Zero issues here, 4070 though - everything on ulta + DLAA on and Reflex - getting 80-90 frames without change.

I9-14900HX/RTX 4090 mobile/32GB RAM/2TB NVMe SSD playing ultra at 1440

Zero issues, even when galloping through the countryside.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous every new game is opting for this ♥♥♥♥ engine. From silent hill, to marvel rivals to now this. Can’t even play the game because it literally has a chokehold around my cpu. In dungeons and caves the game runs great but once you even see a glimpse of sunlight and feel grass I get easily 37 fps and that’s on low settings DLSS and frame regeneration on. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
