Week 1 experiences be like
For the time being, save and restart your game. I think it has to do with UE5 when you got from 1st person to 3rd person too quick, something gors wrong
Save game.
Close game and then reopen
Click load (not continue).
Click the save in third person.
If done right, the camera should be fixed when switching to first person
By the way, I got this bug when I got into the sheogorad universe. I thought I was going crazy. Ha-ha

So glad they chose to keep using gamebryo engine everyone has been saying they need to go back to it for the last five years haven't they?
I swear once the hype dies down and people spend more time battling poor performance and bugs buyer's remorse will set in.
I am just throwing out speculation that maybe the game was trying to adjust for the racial height discrepancy but has somehow been caused to overdo it when it comes to the vertical displacement of the first person perspective.
This is only a temporary fix. As the issue will come back. Sometimes far sooner than you would hope. In my case its whenever I change instance, level up, get on or off a horse, or fast travel. Massive pain in the ass. Hope they patch this.
