How to do a new compilation of shader ?

I update my amd driver but now i get stuttering and the game don t do the shader compilation when i launch it any idea to fix this ?

I tried deleting the contents of the shader folder in the data folder (gamepass version), but the game never re-compiled.

i delete all file of the game and try a clean install i will tell you if this solution work's

I have the answer for shader recompilation. From another post:

Best way is delete the file Save_Setting.sav in C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\SaveGames that way you get a shder compiling message and can watch the progress. You will have to redo some of your in game settings though.
