I have the same card, but a 5800x3d, Aside from the CPU difference, I had to go on High graphics and put DLSS on balance to get 60-80 FPS, however, FG just does not work no matter what I do.
Going through the same thing too. It is a super laggy game that stutters once you are out of the sewers. I don't want to request a refund because I think they did a good job remaking Oblivion so far. Hopefully if the Developers can see these comments, I will gladly send them my PC Specifications.
If you want to crank the settings up to get the most out of this remaster, you’ll need a 40 series gpu with framegen and upscaling. Shocker, another game that relies on this stupid technology instead of optimizing the game.
I knew the moment i left the sewers the performance was gonna go to crap, and oh boy it became a stutter mess at 50-60fps, and the unreal engine slop graphics are disgusting as usual.
Getting about 90ish outdoors, 120+ indoors.
