If you have an issue with body type 1 and 2 you ignored Origin options
They did not remove the variants to the races, they unlocked them from gender. If you make a character you can choose your stat variation by choosing an ORIGIN no matter your sex.

Don't cry because you don't see male or female as an option, take time to read.
