MAJOR CHANGE DO NOT BUY UNTIL FIXED!!!!
you know in oblivion you can store stuff in any container, and when it respawns its rolled items in it it wont nuke your crap. Guess what even the "safe" containers in this game nuke your ♥♥♥♥, so if you want to have anything you must keep it on your character at all times. Put it into a container it will despawn your stuff and respawn its rolled loot.

Further the game keeps crashing and lagging to high hell no matter the settings. and save files keep disappearing.

Do you also crash when you quick load? For some reason it causes Fatal Error and the game freezes.
