The Deluxe version adds brand new armor and weapons, horse armor and an art book and soundtrack.
It's tucked away under one of the Read Mores.
This was for the base game description:
"Experience everything Oblivion has to offer with previously released story expansions Shivering Isles, Knights of the Nine, and additional downloadable content included in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered."
And then they'll mention it again in the Deluxe Edition, but it's not exclusive to the Deluxe Edition.
Oh and if you but the base game and the upgrade you save a penny ;)
20 years since Oblivion.
Maybe they will remake WaterDeep... I mean Morrowind... in 5 more years.
