Where to find the Digital Art Book from the Deluxe Edition?

Brought the deluxe edition but I feel really dumb and can't find the Art Book at all, where is it in the files? Where is it hiding TwT

You need to download it, it's a distinct app in your Steam library

I feel gaslight because I don't see a "Distinct App" in my library? I see all my games, Soundtracks and test servers for things

It's in the tools section of the library. Titled "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered - Digital Artbook". Took me a while to realize this

How can I export the book to my tablet that doesn't have Steam on it? There was usually a PDF somewhere. Same question with the soundtrack.
