Self-Generating Victimisation - always a game fault and not the user - AMD GPUs aren't the greatest when it comes to Drivers and Newer Games, there is often issues here and there.
same, as soon as i leave tunnel, big ass crash, messed up my PC!!!

RTX5070, same cpu as OP

I think I refund for now. Drop the hype. Go back to my other games.

might want to underclock your GPU by about 10%, it might be too powerful for the game. I have had this problem in some games.

9800x3d + 7900xtx here too, no crash for me.

I'm 90% sure it crashes because the CPU overheats. Mine was going up to 90 °C in the menu, like what?

My office computer is 10 years old and the fans scream when I try to load two browser tabs at once but is running this fine. Clearly you lack faith in the machine-spirit. Conduct a cleansing ritual followed by a sacrifice to the machine-gods, then try agian.

It's not crashing because of UE5, it's crashing because this is day one of a Bethesda release.

We appreciate your sacrifice and beta testing time.
I have a AMD 9800 CPU (not the 3D, they were out) and a 9070XT GPU and with it all set to Ultra and ray tracing on low, with frame generation at 2k, I'm averaging around 120 in dungeons and 90 outside in the world. Very playable, but I will admit it must be roasting mid range PCs right now.
You know what Todd would say- "just upgrade your PC"

Are we all using a framerate cap?
