The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered

View Stats:
No support for 5140x1440 Resolution. 32:9 aspect ratio.
Can only get it to 3840x1080 which essentially renders all odyssey G9 screens useless.
please fix

3840x1080 is still 32:9. I'm playing on an Odyssey G9 OLED and it renders using the full aspect ratio by default. Looks amazing on the G9 OLED!
What the other guy said. I have a G9 and it only goes to 3840x1080 for some stupid reason but it's still a 32:9 aspect ration and the game still looks amazing while we wait on an official fix or fan fix. Making it sound like the game doesn't work at all like you did in your post is just a lie and makes you seem like a clown.

Have the exact same issue. Come on Bethesda it's 2025, Ultra Wide and Super Ultra Wide has been around for ages now.

Hey I just wanted to respond here with the official response from Bethesda.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered supports 21:9 and 32:9 ultrawide resolutions.

Different resolutions can be selected in Windowed mode
The display’s native resolution will be used when in Borderless or Fullscreen modes.
I dunno what happened but I can play at 5120x1440 on my G9 Oled.
5120x1440 only works in borderless mode.

Bump, same issue. I have a 5120 x 1440 monitor, but I'm "forced" to play in borderless 3840x1080, can't select 5120x1440 in any window mode.

Seems like what other people are saying is that the resolution defaults to native 5120x1440p when on borderless and the setting is on 3840x1080. I cannot say for sure, regardless playing with that resolution seems to be of no issue whatsoever.

This is great info thanks.
I think we need fullscreen for HDR though? Will the nvidia hdr filter work?

I have a 21:9 5120x2160 resolution monitor and the only resolution option is 3440x1440. Its bizarre.

When you switch to borderless, game switches to native resolution of your desktop despite the fact it says it is in 3840x1080. Are we serious here? You shouldn't own 32:9 ,if you don't see the difference in quality , its day and night going from 3840x1080 to 5120x1440 on this screen.

Lets stop yappin, those on 5120x1440 just like me, switch to borderless and you will be running your game at 5120x1440. Finito.

Running the game on RTX HDR in borderless mode and it looks amazing. Native HDR does not look good/broken, needless to say you have to edit files , no option in menus.
