THEY FIXED LEVELLING SYSTEM
for those wondering

*you can now distribute fixed amount of attributes on level up (unrelated to stat growth over the level).

Great news !
They let you distribute points manually on level up. That's all they changed.

What did they change? How does it work now?

Does enemies get 20 hp per level up while you get +1 melee damage per level up? IE - The level scaling was fixed?
By lvl 17 or so you'll still run into bandits in Daedric armor.

Yep. As you level, they level. Never liked that system, but each to their own.

There was nothing wrong with Oblivion's leveling system

You and many others are confusing the leveled item and enemies system with the term "leveling system".

Oblivion having leveled items and enemies was in response to Morrowind's difficulty becoming very trivial very quickly. It was a valid complaint of Morrowind but not everyone agreed Oblivion had the right solution. Of course there were countless mods that changes how it works

This is true. I think there definitely needs to be a kind of balance. Honestly it be really cool if games incorporated a kind of loot memory, to any of the stuff you didn't pick up, could end up into the hands of bandits or something.
Nice that you can assign points but is it a set amount of points per level or is there still the skill multiplier?

I dont like enemy scaling so ill pass on this one. I want to feel myself become more powerful over time. There was no issue with how it was damnit. I hate that alot of rpgs are going this route now. Not feel like im doing the same damage i was a week ago. Its even the same price obivion was at launch lmao.

This is a lie. Have been playing the old game, lvl 30+ no bandits were daedric armor.

Nice try
