Locked Resolution?

Can't figure out how to adjust my game's resolution scale. It's locked at 87% for me, for some reason, which makes everything look slightly fuzzy.

Yeah, mines is stuck at 71% and my game kinda looks bad in most cases cause of it. I hope there's a fix for this.
