It lists comparable GPU for minimums, you're obviously under both listed since both have more than that.

To be fair: I own a Geforce RTX 4090 and after solving one issue (instant crashes on startup) I've run into a new one. Now I make it into the character creator, only for the game to close itself with an error message, telling me that I have not enough VRAM.

This remaster is a mess.

you migh should consider upgrading your pc.. 6 gb of vram.... that on 10 years old graphics cards... in PC gaming i know it sad bt you should consider changing your graphic card the longest every 6 years.. maybe 7 if you have a high end one but thats normal that 10 years old hardwre dont run recent games and you shouldent be surprised or evenn mad about it.. thats always been like that since the 80's...

The minimum GPUs they listed both had 8 GB VRAM, but it would've been nice if they listed that more explicitly.

Would say to refund the game for now.

12 gen actually, im surprised the game is running at all runs perfect indoors but outside frames drop to stutering .... its playable but not realy fun, and everythings on low settings
6Gb of Vram is entry level specifications for DX 12.2 games. That is why both AMD and Nvidia stopped selling 3 and 4gb cards respectively.
