Ultra looks amazing! Zero issues here.
They nailed it!
- 1440P ULTRA, FSR3 Quality, Maxed HW Lumen, 120+ easily all day (IN DOOR, 120- 190) Out doors 85-110.

- 7900x - 7900 XTX

The game still has its classic feel and all too, they kept the NPC's sort of dumb lmao but I love it for that.

The only down fall? DO NOT look at your characters cheesy running animations in 3rd person. It's hilarious.

EDIT AGAIN:

To answer questions, no UE5 stutter issues here, yes its actually saved, restarted to be sure, and maxed lumen and ultra others, YES you need FSR/DLSS/TSR without it, the AA looks horrid for the grass in this game, they messed up there..

For Nvidia users stuttering, I suggest you look at the Stalker 2 discussions where more info was given as to how to fix it more than would be here for now, UE5 for you.

Nvidia has some sort of love hate relation with UE5 no idea why. There, in STALKER it was determined to be DLSS FG being the cause. Try without and see.

ANOTHER UPDATE:

For the people who are denying my statements without stutter and so on:

https://youtu.be/F-sY6Gp2oqI

Just made this unlisted video, a quick run around, nothing special.

Bottom line about this post.

Just wanted to give the true TES lovers a note that they really did put some love into this remaster! I was expecting some garbage and horrid performance, but if its working this well for an all AMD build, and the game feels like the older version by all means with the same goofy AI, oh yeah, they preserved it!

You'll love it.

You’re getting 120fps outside of dungeons, even in the open world? Shroud said his performance chugged outdoors, but idk what settings or res he’s running at but he’s notoriously kind of tech illiterate.

You have no classic UE5 stuttering issues or anything like that?

3700x & 3060 TI. dlss quality and high graphics. the performance is not great at all around 25-45 fps and stutters, i spent time fast travailing and running around outside in locations. medium graphics also looks so bad

Glad to hear that you haven't encountered any bugs yet.

I’m hoping I can get a relatively steady 120fps on a 4080/i9-1300k at high-ish settings, 3440x1440 in the open world area.

4090 laptop with 32GB RAM, get lag on high. Very laggy on ultra.

No I edited it, I'm around averaging 90-110 out doors, lowest I've seen is 85. This is all ultra with max HW lumen too.

Apparently.... this is another Nvidia UE5 stutter mess like Stalker again where AMD was fine..

And no, ZERO Stutters for me.

4090 with 14900k gets 50fps outdoors on all settings maxed out at 50% 2160p. Awful performance, blurry as hell.

Well thats expected, 2160P.

How ever, for me its 1440P and performing fine as it gets.

I'm okay with it.

Again its the usual with Nvidia and UE5 for some reason having horrid performance like it was with Stalker 2 launch... No idea why its so bad when it should be far beyond what an XTX can do in this game much like that one. But here we are.
Brother why are you using FSR with a 7900x/7900 XTX ???

3440 getting above 100 fps in open world

Easily done. Not so sure how others aren't with better rigs here. They have all the means to make it happen, dlss fg, fsr fg and other things.

When I turn it off, this games default AA all looks HORRIBLE. You have to use it. Thats one thing they messed up on badly, the grass looks horrid. But I did test it with that off.

FPS was around 60s with ultra and max lumen, playable but meh.

Still needs FSR/DLSS/TSR to look good. They literally destroyed Any type of good AA

I see, thanks for the clarification I will have to think about this a bit longer if i wanna buy it or not.
ULTRA Apr 22 @ 10:32am
I'm so glad that Steam now includes a video recorder so posts like this can corroborate their statements with rent-free proof!
3070 here and the performance outdoor isnt realy great. In dungeons i have pretty much stable 120fps (capped at 120) but outdoor it drops to 40-50.
