Add Russian Localization

The Elder Scrolls series has a massive community in Russia and CIS countries, and having full Russian subtitles and voiceovers would allow even more players to fully enjoy the rich storytelling and deep world-building of Oblivion even some of my Ukrainian countrymen would be able to enjoy it

Games have never been translated into Kazakh. Same goes for Ukrainian, by the way. And they don't translate games into Georgian, Armenian, or Kyrgyz either.

So does that mean all these people have to learn English?

And one last question: is someone considered a mankurt if they learn English just to play Western games?

Keep in mind, the war in Ukraine was started by Russian patriots.
So be careful throwing terms around- you might just ♥♥♥♥ yourself.

I am educated ..... Kazakhstan is one of the main places the Russian Soviets would deport all their "undesireables" to ..... Also one the most radiation polluted countries on the planet after 40 freaking years of above ground nuclear testing ......

All I can say is I were a Kazakh the last thing I would want to speak is the language of those who oppressed me and poisoned my people .......

Yes it is. Since the game will never be translated in my native language. Migth as well use one of the international one.
You should really learn the definiton of word and how it is used by people who have experienced russian savageries.
