Nice.
I always appreciate it when a remaster stays true to the original release.

if any of you have a 13th or 14th gen intel cpu, make sure your bios is updated
Sounds like a DLSS issue, I've tried a few generic fixes but nothing has worked so far. In the wise words of Todd Howard "It just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ works".

SOLUTION (i am not the author just posting to help):

Okay so the crash is caused by one of nvidia's .dll files that ship with the game.
Go to: Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\nvidia\DLSS\Streamline\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64

and delete or rename the file sl.pcl.dll

The game will start up normally then.

I've tried this fix both renaming and deleting with no luck - it might work for others though!

it worked for me thank you!! i just removed and pasted the file somewhere else (desktop)
Same issue here, I deleted the dll and was able to play for a bit, then it crashed again and now every time I startup. Can't even get in
okay per another thread - delete all the "sl." files inside SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\nvidia\DLSS\Streamline\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64

I'm currently in game so I can confirm this works at least for some users!
