Modding?
So I am at work and not able to watch the reveal, is modding alive and well with the remaster (considering I thought the engine changed) or is it dead now?

No mods support in a bethesda game is a big no no ...

It doesn't say no modding, just no official support/tools for modding

That's about the official mods only.
Wow, thanks for the info. Not very Bethesda of Bethesda so not sure I care to give them my cash. Oh well.

Modders will still mod the hell out of it. :steammocking:
Game already failed if they won't have mod support. Not buying.

Isn't that just the same as no modding for the majority of the modders? Most peeps can only mod Bethesda stuffs because of Creation Kits.

Though one must take note that no support also makes it more difficult to get a foot in the UE5 door.
I sincerely hope that some fine minds try and succeed in creating comprehensive frameworks but well, I wouldn't blame them if they don't. Personally I'll likely hold off on buying any time soon because I consider mods a must.

This is entirely a problem, you know the next thing they'll do is add in micro transactions and a mod store to buy stuff, as modders we will 100% be committed to bypassing this no mod problem and still modding the hell out of it, trust in our ability to dismantle this issue with ease as always.

With a game this size, I give it a couple of days for reshades/retextures and a week for the raunchier mods.
Not supported does not mean there won't be mods.
