My Linux PC doesn't have a good enough GPU in it, and there's too much other software (and games) that won't run on Linux for a full switch yet.

I get an DX12 error on Linux as well, so it doesn't.

Would that explain why the game runs poorly for me? I have a Ryzen 7 5700X and a 6600XT

Installed W11 Enterprise on a separate partition tonight. I normally use Windows Server 2019, which uses a slightly older DX12 version. The newer version is supported by Oblivion and launches without issues. Todd Howard can suck my ♥♥♥♥♥.

I'm using Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC and the game is fine?

I am, but I found an edited .ini file on Nexus that fixed that and made my fps stable, now if only the crashing could be fixed

2021 LTSC added Agility SDK support to my knowledge, so LTSC should work, just not the outdated ones.
yea but 2021 LTSC also shortened support life to 2025, just like the regular win10, making the whole point of using an LTSC branch kinda moot. The 2018 LTSC is the last one to have actual extended support until 2028. it was also sold as having functional parity with mainline Enterprise edition, but MS found out they can get people to move away earlier by withholding features.

LTSC2019 does have feature parity with mainline Windows for the year that it released in.

There's a reason why i always use the same phrase of it being "the wrong branch for the wrong purpose on the wrong hardware" and here's why:
You are complaining about the very purpose of what LTS is about as a whole, on game forum, on PC that you game on.

I sure hope you understand how ridiculois that sounds.

As for Agility SDK, it's likely here to stay going forward. New games using DX12 RT will use this library and newer game engines will be compiled against it by default (such is the case for UE5).
And before somebody jumps to attack this, it exist so you don't have to migrate to Win11 to begin with as it allows DX component to be decoupled from Windows release cycle.
