I keep getting the EULA error. Any Ideas how to fix it?

I restarted Steam. Click to download. It'll say there is an error, click retry, then click accept even though it says there's an error displaying the EULA.
Not yet. Impatiently waiting, too!
Same here, both in my pc and my steam deck

Same but it downloaded anyway and still got a half hour till game time!!!!
I just googled it: https://store.steampowered.com/eula/2623190_eula_0

If I'm reading sections 2 and 3 correctly they are deploying anti-cheat and not allowing mods???

Someone said this might be the boilerplate EULA for ESO and it will change but it is making me nervous.

Same problem, the eula doesn't even work on the store page by clicking on the link on the right above the list of available languages, it's a steam problem, let's hope they fix it quickly
I accepted an empty EULA, so there's absolutely no way in law that they have any right to claim anything. :D

Do you actually read the EULA? Just hit accept.

That's the problem, we can't accept since it can't load the eula

Hope steam sees this and addresses it soon

The EULA isn't loading, so it can't be accepted, which is blocking installation.

edit: The Accept button is now unblocked for me, but the EULA still doesn't load. Weird.

Ugh, wonder why this is happening for some and not others. Annoying to be sure.

Happened to me too, but I just ignored it and the game started downloading anyway.

Yes I like to know what I'm agreeing to. As it stands, there is currently a section that says you are not allowed to use mods. I'm hoping this is just a mistake and it's just copied and pasted from ESO but as of right now this is what you are agreeing to when you click accept.
