Lights or Shader bug ?

I recently got a weird bug after switching from DLSS to FSR (change i reverted later but nothign changed)

There's some kind of shadow or lights or shaders bug i couldn't tell as i don't have enough knowledge to identify the issue.

Note that i updated my nVidia drivers after the issue occured, which led to a shader recompil when launching the game afterward. Yet nothing changed.

I tried to change multiple options but nothing worked. I wasn't having this problem before btw.

Here is another screenshot where you can see something's wrong on textures. Some lightning effects that shouldn't be here or something.
