Thieves Guild final Achievement bugged?

So i'm at the final stage of the thieves guild quest line, shortly before i receive the Gray Foxes Hood. After that final encounter, the only thing left to do is to visit the guild hall, but then the quest just stops and there is no achievement...

I loaded the game several times just before the final encounter (i finished all steps of the quest line properly), but that doesn't help... is the achievement bugged? If so, is there any way to fix it?

Sounds as bug but for me it unlocked correctly right after The Ultimate Heist quest

Thanks! I figured it out. A few quests before, i encountered a bug where Jakben, Earl of Imbel was absent without trace. Eventually i had to use the console to fix it. This action disabled achievements for that save file. Fixed my save game with the "Universal Achievement Unblocker" from Nexus and now everything works perfectly fine :)
