Help with fps

I have a AMD 9800x 3d, rtx 5080 32gig ram. I downloaded and was playing the other night no issues fps was fine. Today try loading the game it was going in supper slow motion and saw i was only getting 1 fps. I made no changes. I then updated my driver and there was a window update thinking that will fix it and still nothing. I then check integrity of files and everything fine.. I could use help please i dont know what happen.

You need to rebuild the shader cache after updating the drivers. The best way to do this is:

start the game with the -clearPSODriverCache command line argument

Mind you since you have a 5080 and driver updates are currently mostly focused on fixing crashes and issues with 50xx cards something in a driver update could be problematic for your card.

thanks update so yea finally fixed it
I had to go to documents-> My Games -> Oblivion Remastered -> Saved
from there i deleted all filed excepet Savegames
I went in to the Savegames file and only deleted Save_Settings.sav
that forced reshaded now im back to gaming.

cool didn't know you can do it from the command always delete manually on the my document game file.
