Stuttering and the 'Nvidia Display Container LS'
This is a fix for anyone with an Nvidia card to try, I was having terrible stuttering and noticed something odd in process manager, as the 'Nvidia Container' process was self replicating over the Oblivion Remaster process.

I googled it and found that the 'Nvidia Display Container LS' is know to cause issues with high processing, so I followed the instructions o disable it, It fixed my sttutering completely, the game is running smooth as butter now.

So if anyone want to try here are the steps from google, hopefully i will fix your stutering too:

To disable the Nvidia Telemetry container and prevent it from running, you can stop and disable the "Nvidia Display Container LS" service in Windows Services. You can also remove the tray icon from the NVIDIA Control Panel to prevent the application from running in the background.

Steps to disable the Nvidia Telemetry container:

Open Services: Press the Windows key + R, type "services.msc", and press Enter.

Locate the service: Scroll down the list of services and find "Nvidia Display Container LS".

Stop the service: Right-click on the service and select "Stop".

Disable the service: Right-click on the service again and select "Properties". In the "Startup type" dropdown, select "Disabled".

Not sure if stopping Nvidia Container Local Service is wise. Doing so stops the following;

nvxdcore, nvtopps_plugin, nvmessagebusbroadcast, nvtelemertyanalyzer_devicedriver_plugin, nvwksserviceplugin, and nvpluginwatchdog.

If you don't want something a bit more specific not running the preferred method is to not install it. Use nvcleanstall and select what you want to install.

It's probably instant replay being On or capture highlights. Or overclocking being On or something else. Like turn off optimize games.
