Will everything (Save Games / Achievements) transfer on to new PC (using same Steam Account)

Hi all,

I started to play a new walkthrough on my current PC. However, I have already ordered a new PC which will arrive in around 10 days from now.

I will use for sure the same Steam account on my new PC then, but i wonder if for Oblivion all Save Games / Achievments will be all there again and I simply contine to play where I stopped on my old PC.
Is this correct?
I asked since I have heared some information that Save games Cloud Sync has some issues for some and I am also not sure about Achievements.

achievements are tied to your steam account, not save

it has steam cloud but it's not 100% reliable and this game has known issues with it, if you want to be 100% sure, put them on google drive or a flash drive

Not true. Steam cloud is 100% reliable, if you have onedrive backups for the documents folder enabled is player error, not game issue.

no, it's not, nothing computer related is 100% reliable, there's always a margin of fault
