Im tweaking settings on the Engine.ini but want some help!

Hello all! Im playing the Oblivion Remaster on a GTX1650 and Ryzen 5 5000 series laptop, and on low all settings I get 60 fps on all interiors and dungeons and sometimes out in towns or exterior. However, on exteriors this stable pfs count only lasts from 3-5 minutes or until I go throug a gate and back out.

So question: Does someone know maybe a way to bind to a key a forced reload of assests and map without having to close and open the game?
