Jaufre, Martin and the blades are having a staring contest at CRT.

I just brought Jaufre and Martin. Martin looks like he wants to give his speech but they're just standing there. I poked around inside the building, came back out, they're just idling there. I parkoured my way to the top of the temple, and they're doing nothing, went to the parapet and looked at the trails and stuff in the Bruma area and then went back to check on them, still locked in a staring competition. =\

What's the workaround for this?

I think the next logical step is to claim the wizard's tower, go to the top, then rain down fireballs on CRT from the tower...

Have you tried body blocking them off the parade area and see if they return to the spot to re-trigger the dialogue?

had the same problem where it didn't trigger the welcome speech. you will have to push Jaufre around a bit to trigger it.

reloading the game got it working. =\
